All registered patients at Aylesham Medical Practice now have access to our mental health nurse who runs clinics throughout the week to support our patients with a range of mental health needs and support.
Our mental health clinics are specialised clinics carried out to provide all of our patients with expert support and care for their mental health concerns. At Aylesham Medical Practice, our mental health nurses have a high level of training and years of experience in providing mental health assessments, diagnosis, treatment and support to patients suffering from a wide range of different mental health issues.
Our mental health nurse will work closely with every patient who books into the clinic, providing personalised care and treatment plans that are tailored to meet every patient’s individual needs.
If necessary our mental health nurse will work closely with our GPs and other healthcare professionals within the practice to ensure that you receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
