For all urgent needs which can not wait until the next available routine appointment, we operate a triage system Monday – Friday, 8 am – 10 am, on a first come, first serve basis.
We do not accept prescription requests over the phone. You can order your repeat prescriptions via the NHS app or by filling in the form and posting it in the letter box at the front of the practice. We ask all requests are submitted before running out of medication to allow us 3-4 working days to complete your request.

For any out of hours issues after 6.30pm or on bank holidays, you can call the free NHS 111 service or use 111 online.
If you are looking to contact the practice outside the normal opening hours 8 am – 6.30 pm, you can do so via email.
Any emails sent to the practice out of hours will be responded to during normal working hours.
